DELIVERY
- Free shipping if you purchase over 50.000 KRW (2.500 krw added if you purchase less than 50.000 krw)
- Shipping takes 2 to 5 days approximately. (weekend excluded)
- In the case of already manufactured goods, purchase cancellation, exchange, return is not allowed, please be careful while purchasing any goods.
- When out of stock, we will notify you of the restocking and delivery period.
- After delivery, cancelation is not possible. The return shipping fees are the costumer's responsibility. -
EXCHANG&RETURN
- In the case of defective products, exchange/return should be done within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. (After 7 days, A/S will be processed if product defection occurs.)
- In case of exchange or return, the packaging should be the same as when it was received.
- If the product is damaged by the consumer such as scratches or damages due to wearing, exchange and refund are not possible.
- We do not take any responsibility in compensating or reparing scratches, deformations or damages caused by the customer's carelessness. In the case of possible reparation, the customer is in charge of the reparation fees.
- In the case of Jewelry, bubbles or stains might occur during the manufacturing process so it is not considered as a defective product. Please note that this cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
- Please note that due to the nature of the leather, there may be some scratches, spots, wrinkles, pores, stretch marks, Asymmetry, etc... These are not considered as product defection due to the nature of the design.
- After manufacture, in case of in customer's size measurement, resizing fees might occur. -
AFTER SERVICE
-The warranty period for watches and bags is 1 year from the day of purchase, for Jewelry, it is 1 year for gold items, 3 months for Silver Brass and other items and A/S is available for free within the warranty period.
-After the warranty period, after-sales service is available for free only if subsidiary materials are secured and repaired.
-Please understand that our A/S may not be available for products repaired and imprinted by a third party.
- We are not responsible for products that are not well maintained by customers, human-made scratch, or products which the warranty period has expired.
- when requesting after-sales service, the warranty card of free / paid service of the product purchased must be brought.
- Repairing period may vary depending on the product. It takes about 2-4 weeks after receipt.
(However, A/S may not be available if it is impossible to supply or repair the item during the repair process or due to the nature of the product.)
-If the reparation and material fees are incurred according to the A / S contents during the quality guarantee period, it will be charged.
-A/S can be sent to the head office address at the bottom of the site. (2F, 246, Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
-Please write down a simple note of your desired A/S request and send it with the product and warranty.
(Please send the return shipping fee in advance or enclose the round-trip shipping fee of 5,000 won.)
